Philippe Gabilliet, Professor of Leadership at ESCP Business School, keynote speaker
« An excellent keynote, totally in the spirit of today’s innovative and collaborative organisations. One of the strengths of this keynote is that it is aimed at senior executives, field managers and employees alike.
It’s a fantastic toolbox of practical ideas for taking action in innovative cooperation mode! »
Véronique Guillemin, keynote organiser at L’Oréal
« Thank you to Charlotte du Payrat for this inspiring talk on collective intelligence. A very timely subject in a changing and uncertain world where companies are having to rethink their managerial model. »

Francois Cornillier, Head of Pedagogical Engineering – Pearson TalentLens I Workforce Skills
« I’d recommend Charlotte’s talk on collective intelligence; she provides clear, educational and brilliant practical solutions for moving away from individual approaches to work and focusing on the benefits of collective approaches, within a systemic approach and in the service of a common objective. A great illustration of what more collective thinking can achieve, illustrated by anecdotes from the ground, and detailing how collective intelligence fosters cross-functionality, creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving. »
Patrick Plein, VP Human Resources at VINCI Energies International & Systems
‘Charlotte’s pragmatic and operational approach (team seminar) proved useful in encouraging openness and dialogue on complex subjects.’
Edouard Hubscher, Head of the Gendarmerie
« Charlotte du Payrat gave a talk learning companies to the management of the gendarmerie. Her analyses support the GEND 20.24 transformation strategy initiated in the gendarmerie. The relevance of her thinking is a source of inspiration for the managers who attended her talk. A great listener, she was able to answer many questions.«
Agnès Genevois, HR Director
« I’d recommend this keynote to other HR managers. It’s like getting an ally to facilitate dialogue on key issues, with a sympathetic, non-judgemental external speaker. Charlotte takes her subject and lives it. Companies often don’t change because they don’t know where to start. This keynote brings solutions to the surface. It’s the start of a movement and of collective reflection ».
Dassault Systems, feedback from a senior executive at the end of the keynote
« This keynote meets the needs of HR departments (recruitment/retention of talent, training/coaching of managers) and those of CODIRs (management committees) who want to deploy a collective intelligence without knowing how to ’orchestrate » it or where to start, while adopting a considered approach. It responds to some very topical “paint points”: appeal to younger generations looking for meaning, the silent resignation phenomenon, the desire to become more flexible and agile like start-ups while scaling up, the need to support managers in a change of posture emphasising initiative on the ground and co-creation.«
Elena de Préville, research professor, Essec Chair, keynote organiser
‘Charlotte du Payrat’s approach and her methodology for orchestrating collective intelligence, which she uses to support companies in their efforts to mobilise collective dynamics, attracted a great deal of interest from the audience and opened up a wide-ranging discussion on ’why‘ and “how” we can introduce collective intelligence into organisations’.
