« Excellent book accessible to everyone! Very pleasant to read, technical but easily understandable. Lots of advice and concrete cases to better manage with efficiency, method and confidence. The contribution of social sciences and psychology is also an asset in understanding the problems of the world of work. I highly recommend it. »

« The book is very accessible even with little corporate experience, thanks in particular to the many concrete case examples that illustrate the various concepts. It gives a good understanding of how collective intelligence works. It calls a lot of things into question and makes you want to take action. Pierre Millerat, 20 years of Management in Innovation & Transformation, Enedis

« This book will help a manager, or an HR manager to reflect and take a step back to better grasp the tools and techniques of collective intelligence. Neither too theoretical, nor a “recipe” book, it’s a book built on field experience, a pragmatic book to help do things, a book to discover! »

Damien Richard, Lecturer and Researcher, INSEEC School of Business & Economics

« The book is well suited to students and middle managers because it is easy to read and accessible. The illustrations make it easier to grasp complex thinking. The use of stories (vignettes) is an effective way of popularising the subject. Finally, the approach is optimistic and constructive, without glossing over the difficulties ».

Stéphane Michel, Director at Solar Management, a management training company

« I recommend Charlotte du Payrat’s book, « Et si on la jouait collectif? ». This management book is rich, the result of a great deal of work, some books sometimes contain an idea diluted over dozens of pages, this one is dense and contains many that can feed some great concrete reflections on the strength of the collective. What’s more, it’s an easy read for any manager! »

Arnaud le Jariel, Coach and Business developper

« Anticipating our organisations and our modes of professional relations is a necessity for tomorrow. In Charlotte du Payrat’s book, I appreciated her ability to imagine other models, other ways of operating in the face of the imperfections of the current model (burn outs, dysfunctions, lack of collective…). Her book is pleasantly organised, with clear, direct summaries and vignettes presenting concrete cases. »

Jean Pierre Besse, change management trainer

« As a trainer who is on the alert for themes related to collective intelligence, I discovered this book that I read with great interest, as it offers pragmatic benchmarks for leaders, managers and HR so that they can generate collective and sustainable performance. Having read many books on the subject, I would recommend this one. »
